When I started my first 5 year journal, I’d never stepped foot on an airplane. By the time I had finished it, I I’d traveled to 20 countries by myself, including the entirety of North America.
This 5 year journal asks 365 questions (a different question for each day of the year) that you answer on the same day five years in a row. The questions aim to help with self-discovery and self-development.
Take 5 minutes every morning to meditate and reflect on the question of the day, and watch as you get clear on your desires in life and gain the courage to live your dreams!
